Green chili and Garlic Chtuney

Today i am going to share very spice and flavorful chutney recipe,This chutney is typically from Maharashtra, traditionally made in mortar and pestle(ओखली या खलबट्टा )  but i  made in mini chopper(food processor) it tastes really good, try it out and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
  • Green chili-10-12(roughly chopped)
  • Garlic clove-8-10
  • Coriander Leaves-1cup(roughly chopped)
  • Cumin seed-1tsp
  • Oil-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and when they crackle add chili
and garlic saute for 1 minute, then add chopped coriander leaves.
Add salt and give a nice stir, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium
heat.turn off the heat and let it cool.
Transfer to a food processor and make a coarse paste.
Note:
keep in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
